Tips for Joining a Meditation Class


Arrive Early: Give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in, find your space, and relax before the session begins. Stretch your body so you can comfortabley sit or lye down for the hour.


Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to sit or lie down easily without distraction.


Bring Essentials: Cushion provided, you may bring a blanket for extra comfort.

A water bottle to stay hydrated. A journal to note any reflections or insights after the session.


Turn Off Devices: Silence phones and other distractions to fully immerse yourself in the experience.


Come with an Open Mind: Leave expectations behind and allow yourself to relax, breathe, and be present.


Focus on Your Breath: If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath—it’s the anchor of your practice.
